Portage College Athletic Department will work with the coaching staffs in regards to teams traveling away from Lac La Biche to compete. All team members will travel as a group to and from competitions and are expected to stay with the team at the accommodations provided.
If a student-athlete requires to make alternate arrangements due to (class they can't miss, doctors appointment, family issue) in regards to traveling and staying with their teammates they must fill out the Release of Liability form attached here and then submit it and make a special request to their Head Coach 5 days in advance for this exception. The Head Coach will consult the Manager of Athletics to approve or deny this request.
