In his rookie season, Lac La Biche local Jonah Smith delivered a breakout weekend for the Voyageurs. The Environmental Technology student recorded a hat trick in Friday’s home game against Concordia, playing a key role in pushing the team to overtime to secure the crucial point needed to clinch a playoff spot. He followed it up by adding another goal in Saturday’s game, capping off an unforgettable weekend.
